4-The secret recipe of the Korean women’s rice mask

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of rice flour or rice powder;
  • Organic milk or honey (enough to form a paste).
  • If you don’t have rice flour, you can also grind ordinary rice grains for 2 minutes to form a kind of powder. Then take care to sift your powder to avoid getting lumps in your mask.

Preparation:

To prepare your rice mask, nothing could be easier:

  1. Mix 2 tablespoons of rice flour with your milk or honey, as you prefer;
  2. 2. Continue mixing until you have a uniform paste that you can apply to your face;
  3. After cleansing and drying your skin, apply this paste to your face and neck, avoiding the eye area and massaging gently;
  4. Let your mask dry for a few minutes and then rinse your face and neck thoroughly with clear water.

This mask is suitable for both oily and dry skin, but with a different frequency of use. For oily skin, it is recommended to apply this mask two to three times a week. For dry skin, it is recommended not to use it more than once a week.
