Olive oil has antioxidant properties and contains many vitamins including vitamin A, D, K and E. It also has anti-inflammatory properties as stated in this study. This helps to reduce the size of the veins and activate blood circulation.
To use it, simply heat some pure, extra virgin olive oil in a bowl. Then, massage the area affected by varicose veins with the slightly warm olive oil for a few minutes. Do this massage twice a day for 2 months.
